A double-cross blind study which was performed through the year 2000 to 2001 at the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt under the supervision of Prof. Dietmar Schmidtbleicher revealed quite stunning results. These athletes not only reported an increase in performance and stamina, but also said, that they feel better, have more motivation for training and lost some of the side-effects of extreme training, such as runner’s diarrhea, a decline in immunity or allergies.

It is well known that immune response declines for a while after strenuous exercise. Colostrum can help minimize this drop in immune function.
